Cup full of cake and love
Making chocolate cupcakes at home is so easy; all you need is some basic ingredients, a few simple steps, and a bit of patience. So let’s start.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of Fry’s Cocoa / 8 tablespoons of castor sugar
- 8 tablespoons margarine / 8 tablespoons self-rising flour
- 2 eggs / Few drops of vanilla essence
- Buttercream / Chocolate for fat
How to do it
Sieve the flour and cocoa. Cram the fat and sugar thoroughly and bat in the eggs a little at a time. Add the dry ingredients and the vanilla essence. Place teaspoonfuls in paper cases and bake in a moderate oven (350-375°F) for 15-20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack and when cold, coat with butter cram, drawing it up to a point with a fork, and decorate with chocolate for fat.
Enjoy!
